Jesus as the Focal Point of Christmas Season Teaching

Share:

During the Christmas season we celebrate the first coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Teach about the events of His advent but be sure to focus on the Person who came and His purpose for coming. What a difference when we help people make Jesus the focal point of their Christmas celebrations.

Christmas Holiday Reflections Guide for Small Group DiscussionThe discipleship guide in the Holiday Reflections resource points to what Christmas teaches us about God’s ways. This is a God who “so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (Jn. 3:16).  (While the guide can be used for small group discussion, it can also be distributed as a take-home follow-up. The resource includes guides for thirteen other holidays.)
