Controversy surrounds the Halloween holiday among Christians due to its origins and association with evil. Regardless of your position, it can provide an opportunity to teach about how Jesus breaks through the power of darkness in this world with His light. We can use it as a reminder to let our lights shine for Jesus (Matt. 5:16).
